Personalising the 2018 PIKE Collection

Hi everyone

I hope you’ve had time to visit our great new website and discover all the amazing content we have showcased. We worked hard as a team to make it a site you will visit often, is easy to navigate, and features our superb hand made jewellery. Special thanks again to Lou and Ben for their amazing efforts.

In the last blog I mentioned the pendants in our PIKE Collection 2018, which are now available to buy from Highgate. One thing I mentioned is that a lot of our jewellery suits being personalised and a lot of our customers love that their pieces or the items they buy as gifts are truly original. I have drawn some of the options for making the pendants
unique, firstly by using hand engraved initials:

We can add one, two or multiple initials and in my examples I’ve used a curved script with a modern twist. The way I position the letters allows them to wrap around the shape of the pendant and they tend to look like an interesting carved feature rather than blatant initials.

Second and third are different ways of setting gemstones which is most effective and can be more personal by using birthstones.

I find the scope unlimited and would love to talk to you about what is possible. Please visit me soon at our studio and I will sit with you and chat about ideas. Keep in mind that Christmas is our busiest time so we would love to have as much notice as possible to create that special piece.

Hope to see you soon.

Love Nicholas
