Heidi loves being surrounded by artists (whether visual or technical)  – it provides energy she thrives on.

After working in a range of different size businesses, Heidi has found her place in a small, family-owned environment. She loves feeling that she’s more than a number in the work place, and where her skills and expertise are valued.

Heidi loves meeting new customers and getting to know them over the journey of having a piece of jewellery made:

“Jewellery is so sentimental and the memories and stories attached to pieces of jewellery are quite extraordinary. I love that customers can come in with pieces that have seen better days or that they don’t think are particularly valuable, and we can reimagine them or give them a new lease on life. There really is no better feeling than seeing a client presented with a new piece of jewellery and seeing the emotion that brings up.”
