Lou loves working with her family; she has worked with the business for over 20 years in a variety of roles.

Her current role is sharing the company with the world digitally – Lou is responsible for social media, the website, digital newsletters and advertising.

Lou believes that PIKE holds a unique place in the Australian jewellery landscape, because of the creative relationship between Nicholas and Matthew:
