The PIKE Experience
Father and son Nicholas and Matthew work together to create beautiful jewellery in an intimate studio workshop.
The studio is located in a small precinct of mostly sole traders known as Highgate Village. The corner of Fullarton Road South and Ferguson Avenue pinpoints the building, adjacent to Highgate Pharmacy and After Dark Boutique.
Jewellery artefacts, Nicholas’s hand drawn artwork and photographs of finished jewellery cover the walls creating a wonderful ambience.
Everything happens in this warm and inviting space – meetings with clients, chatting over the design brief, choosing gemstones, discussing preferred precious metal options, often to the background noises of jewellery making.
There is a collection of ready to wear jewellery to choose from, Jewellery Valuations can be arranged, also jewellery repairs and rethreading are offered as part of their services.
The PIKE team consists of Nicholas Pike, artist jeweller and designer, Matthew Pike, senior jeweller and technician, Tina Watts Coordinator and Receptionist, and Helen Pike, Business Administrator.
